Data Capture
Design your own data capture forms used on mobile devices to capture information in the field. Mark mandatory fields to ensure that no required information is omitted. Asset verification work tasks can be assigned to field users that pop up in the mobile application inbox, this assures that no work falls through the cracks. Information captured in the field not only include text or items from dropdown menus but can also include barcodes, photos, locations or voice notes. Information is uploaded to the web based quality assurance environment once the user submits the data.

Asset Register
Asset information captured in the field is automatically published to the register after quality assurances checks on the data is complete. Asset records are located under the correct asset hierarchy node using information captured in the field. Multiple hierarchies can be defined to accommodate users to have either an operational engineering view or accounting view of the same underlying asset information. The hierarchy is based on a master data library defined and this also dictates what options are available for selection on the mobile device. Data quality assurance on the mobile app is therefore enforced from the register. Navigating through the hierarchy updates the asset list in the centre pane to only show assets connected to that point. The user has the option of looking at a list of assets, a spatial view indicating the location of assets or a range of analytical graphs drawn from the underlying data. These views are all driven from the hierarchy selection. Detailed asset information like classification, condition, age, serial number or financial fields can be customized based on the specific industry and client requirement.

Risk Analysis
Reporting
Several out of the box analytical graphs has been defined to provide asset owners insight into the value age and condition of the asset portfolio being managed. The underlying asset data used to generate the graphs depends on the hierarchy selection, this gives users the ability to focus on specific sectors of facilities being managed. All graphs are interactive which enables asset managers to use drill into and identify specific assets responsible anomalies being observed on.
